Bookings Policy

We want to thank you for enquiring or making a booking with Bell & Viv or The Drinks Trolley. We are all about being flexible and making magical experiences for all our guests, we just have a couple of booking policies to be aware of:

Private Hire Booking & Cocktail Masterclasses:

  • For bookings of 6 or more, or for a cocktail masterclass, we require a 30% deposit to secure the booking of the agreed minimum spend of price per head agreed cost.

  • We require the remaining payment 5 workings days before your event

  • All party bookings must be confirmed over email, in writing

  • All food pre-orders as well as allergen information must be sent 7 working days before your

    event date

  • If you are running late, we will hold your table for up to 20 minutes are the agreed event

    start time after which, the team will release the table to allocate to other guests

  • We don’t offer any refunds for events that cancel within 14 days of the event booking date

    or don’t show up without any prior notice.

  • We offer a full refund for cancellations up to 28 days prior to the event booking date, we

    offer a 50% refund on cancellations up to 14 days prior to the event booking date

  • Our team reserve the right to refuse entry and service to intoxicated guests. In this

    circumstance, we can't offer any refund on pre-purchase drinks.

  • Ticket sales for private events within our venue is prohibited without written approval from

    our management team

  • There will be an optional 12.5% service charge added to your bill. Service charge is not

    included within an agree minimum spend

  • If you’ve purchased a ticket to one of our events, please check carefully the Terms and conditions on the ticket before you arrive.

  • We prohibit any onwards ticket resales without prior authorization from our management team

  • We don’t offer any ticket refunds unless the event is cancelled.

  • In the case of a no-show, a ticket refund will not be issued.
